Adv. Jakob (Kobi) Ben-Simon focuses on civil-commercial law, litigation, private and collective labor law, class actions, tort law, execution and defamation. Adv. Ben-Simon is a graduate of the College of Management Academic Studies – Colman Law School, Holds an additional degree in political science and international relations from the Ben Gurion University and a mediator certificate from the Goma Institute. He interned at the law firm Rubin-Shmuelevich in Herzliya Pituach, which deals with private and collective labor law, then worked for 7 years in law firms in the civil field and engaged in litigation in a variety of fields including labor law. Adv. Ben-Simon served in recent years as internal legal counsel in food retail companies, owned by a yielding real estate company including M. Yohannoff & Sons (1988) Ltd., with his last position before joining the firm was Chief Legal Adviser of the Zol veBegadol food retail company.
