Landlord behavior with other tenants does not affect the clear wording of the agreement

A person leased space in a commercial building for a café and playground. After clearing the property and stopping to pay rent, he suddenly demanded to extend the rental period and lease the property by sub-lease on the grounds that the lessor usually agrees to that with other tenants and that he was not aware of the prior notice period in the agreement.
The Court held that the property should be vacated. The lease agreement is clear and stipulates that a 60 days prior notice is required for extending the agreement. Even if the landlord has previously allowed other tenants to extend the agreement, the wording of the agreement is clear and cannot be altered by the landlord's behavior with other tenants. Not knowing the agreement does not change its legal significance.
