"The exclusive authority to discuss and decide matters related to activity within the framework of an association or association will be in the hands of the internal judicial institutions set forth in the bylawsThe decisions of the Supreme Court of Internal Jurisdiction in matters of discipline will be final and should not be appealed to a court."

In the Arbitration Institute's Statutes, Section 2 stipulates the arbitration topics:

"A.  In any dispute between a team and a player and between a player and a team that relates to registration, transfers, loans, and closures.

  1. In any dispute relating to the contractual relationship between the team and the player or between a player and a team.

III.         In any dispute relating to the contractual relationship between the team and the coach or between the coach and the team.

  1. In any dispute relating to the contractual relationship between the group and the officer or between the officer and the group.
  2. In any dispute relating to the contractual relationship between a team and a team, as well as matters relating directly or indirectly to the registration, transfer, or loan of a player who is a member of the ranks of one of the teams relating to the dispute.
  3. (1) Without derogating from any of the aforesaid, to discuss any dispute and/or dispute between teams and/or between players and/or between coaches and/or between officials, between themselves and/or any of the above subscribers and the other, subject to the provisions of collective dispute (2) below."

Section 3 of the Arbitration Regulations states that:

"Any dispute as specified in paragraph 2 above shall be brought to the hearing only within the framework of the Arbitration Institute."

The purpose of these provisions is to create a system for quick and efficient resolution of disputes that have unique characteristics relating to sports activities within the framework of the Football Association and which require urgent and rapid decisions, due to the dynamism in this industryThe assumption is that the internal judicial institutions have the knowledge and expertise in this fieldThis purpose creates a trend of expansive interpretation of the authority set forth in the Sports Law of the internal judicial institutions established by virtue of it, while ensuring that the provisions of the law are complied with
