The criminal department of Afik & Co. deals with the representation of suspects and defendants in a wide variety of offenses, from minor offenses to serious offenses, including consultation and support in investigations (providing legal advice to suspects already at the stage of investigation by the police or other authorities), representation in Courts (management of criminal cases in all instances, from the indictment stage to the verdict) and management of special motions in the criminal field (such as submitting requests to delete a criminal record, pardon requests, and handling matters tangential to the criminal field).
The department handles a wide variety of types of criminal proceedings, including - and mainly - white-collar offenses, with the department having special expertise in servicing Spanish-speaking clients.
