"There is no doubt that in two other videos, which are difficult to watch, objects were seen, apparently from the direction of the host's stands, hitting a policeman and a female fan..."

And the rhetorical question arises, are these 'difficult to watch' videos not enough to convict the worker? Isn't it enough that objects thrown from the Hapoel stand (not "probably" as claimed, but clearly as can be seen in the video) hit and injured the fan and the policeman, in order to prevent the game from taking place? In my opinion, the answer to this is clear, and it is the answer given by the court and the Supreme Court.

  1. It is worth noting that reading the report of the referee, the observer and the videos paints a particularly serious picture of the conduct of Hapoel fans in this derby, and it is appropriate that both the Hapoel Tel Aviv team and its dedicated fans do the necessary soul-searching, draw the proper lesson from these serious incidents, regardless of punishment, and ensure that such events will not repeat themselves in the future, this is in the hands of both Hapoel and its fans, and this is not a divine decree.

In any case, the conviction is justified and justified.

  1. Therefore, I reject Hapoel's arguments on this issue.

Technical Loss - Replay

  1. As explained above, in addition to the penalties that were imposed on Hapoel lawfully and justly in my opinion, the Football Association's court decided in a laconic manner, that the result of the game would be a technical loss of 3:0 in favor of Maccabi.

The Supreme Court elaborated further on this issue.  The Honorable Judge Prof.  Deutsch noted that it is possible to determine a technical loss both in light of the breach of the home team's obligations and the existence of the elements of the offense in sections 12T(4)(f) and (g) of the Championship Regulations, and in light of the wording of Section 12T(1) of the Regulations, which states that a team whose fault did not end a game will lose the game with a score of 3:0.
