In any case, the matter of this publication was already discussed in the framework of the discussion in relation to the first publication - and as determined above, the publication does not constitute defamation.

From all of the above, it emerges that there is no reason to accept the claim.
The lawsuit is dismissed. I order the plaintiff to pay legal expenses and attorney's fees in the sum of ILS 25,000, together with linkage differences and interest as required by law from the date of the judgment until the date of actual payment.
