In the past year, the women of the "Politikali Read" editorial board spoke with more than 40 soldiers who served in Galatz during one period or another, from the 1980s to recent years - with the most recent testimony being from 2019.

The many testimonies have accumulated, and due to the size of the investigation, we present it to you in two parts.  This article focuses on specific figures who have often guided the work environment and the way it is treated - and especially its absence and the way it relates to the exclusion of women from the media market.  The next article will focus on the many testimonies about the working conditions, harassment and the threatening atmosphere that exists on Army Radio" (from "Part Two: The Galatz Investigation").

And also :

The dozens of former Galatziniks with whom we have spoken in recent months have served at the station in different years and in different decades, and although the harassment has changed its form over the years, it can be seen how time and again the soldiers in the organization are forced to contend, without defenses and without options, with a much older and more powerful civilian-professional staff that creates a difficult work environment and threatening (from "The First Part: The Galatz Investigation").

  1. The article (in both parts) presents various stories, mainly in the first person, about events that took place over the years at the station, from the soldiers interviewed (most of them under pseudonyms). The article quotes 28 male and female soldiers who experienced various incidents during their service at the station.  The focus of this article is on senior figures (editors, presenters, technicians, etc.) who were involved in these events.
  2. The claim was filed only in relation to the part attributed to the plaintiff (and included in the second part). The words that were written in the plaintiff's case will be presented in their own language and in full.  Under the subheading: "I'm Masturbating to the Wall," it reads:

Another story that points to the inability of Army Radio to create a proper work environment for the soldiers serving at the station is the attempt of Dana (pseudonym) and Sapir (pseudonym) to receive a response to the distress they experienced in dealing with an editor at the station.
