In light of all of the above, I reject the defendant's request to cancel the indictment against her. The defendant will respond in writing to the amended indictment by July 20, 2017, after which a hearing will be held, on July 26, 2017 at 8:30 A.M., all as stated in the minutes of June 7, 2017.
