A joint tenant has no right to decide on the manner of dissolution of the real estate property

Joint tenants in common in land demanded dissolution of the joint property by way of selling the land to the highest bidder, but some of the joint tenants objected and demanded the other right owners join a construction project under a combination transaction instead of selling the land.
The Court accepted the claim and ordered the dissolution of the joint property and the land to be sold to the highest bidder. Any joint tenant is entitled, at all times, to demand the dissolution of the joint property, but has no right to decide on the manner of dissolution. Here, some of the joint tenants wanted to avoid selling the rights to the highest bidder and wanted to force other owners, illegitimately, to join a real estate transaction, and by doing so to create a deeper and more complex sharing, something which is not possible.
