- Ultimately, if my opinion is heard, the District Court's judgment will be annulled. The respondent will be entitled to compensation in the amount of NIS 1,200,000 plus attorney's fees at the rate of 20% plus a tax appeal as per law, and the expenses as determined by the District Court.
