Because of the aforesaid and all the reasons detailed in Judge Sheetrit's judgment, I agree that the defendant should be convicted of the offense of murder with indifference, under the offense of intentional murder, which was attributed to him in the indictment, and so should he be convicted of the other offenses attributed to him in the indictment.

Ultimately, it was decided, by majority opinion, to convict the defendant of murder with indifference, under the offense of intentional murder, which was attributed to him in the indictment, and similarly to convict him of the other offenses attributed to him in the indictment.

We are ordering the submission of an offense victim report (the family can be contacted through Attorney Omar Hamaisi, her attorney, Tel. 052-9529011).

We also order the submission of a probation service report about the defendant.

The reports will be submitted by March 25, 2026.

The Secretariat will send a copy of this decision to the Probation Service. 

The secretariat summoned the defendant through the IPS.
