  1. General
  2. Defendants1-2 loaned money to members of a "purchasing group", including the plaintiffs, in order to finance a residential construction project. Defendant 3, which is a company related to defendants 1-2, was responsible for carrying out the construction work for the class members.  As part of the lawsuit, the plaintiffs petition to declare the amount of each plaintiff's debt to the defendants.
  3. The parties disagree on a number of issues, including:

(-) whether the plaintiffs are liable for the balance of the debt of all the members of the class, or is each of them only responsible for a proportional portion of the total debt;

(-) whether the amount of the total debt and its distribution among the class members, as approved by the class board in 2020, has binding status, or can the plaintiffs dispute them;
