- Thus, the appendix dealing with the wording of terms in a standard contract between a developer and an apartment buyer includes precise instructions regarding the wording of the sale contract in relation to the description of the property, delivery of the apartment, delivery of possession, registration of the property, payment of consideration, liability for defects and non-conformities, bylaws in a condominium, intervention in the construction process, change of location of various facilities, power of attorney, changes in the façade of the building, transfer of the seller's rights and obligations, breach, cancellation of a contract with the buyer, The validity of pre-contractual representations, provisions regarding the financing of the transaction and the guarantee of the buyer's funds, the place of jurisdiction, taxes, attorney's fees, etc.
