In addition, according to what is claimed in the plaintiffs' summaries, the cost of $250 per night also included a hotel, food and transportation (and they added to both clothes and communications), but beyond the fact that it is not clear what cost was supposed to be spent for communication that was not provided and where is the normative source of charging for clothes (it can and may not be underwear as aforesaid, even though this is not required within the framework of the assistance services) - it is clear that the amount is not realistic if it includes transportation and food.  However, El Al clarified that this was a cost for room accommodation, and it was not presented that this sum of $250 was unreasonable.  It is possible that the hotels are not of a high standard, but it was not presented that this is unattainable at the cost of $200-250 per room per night, when it offered $250 and according to the receipts attached, these were indeed more or less the prices of hotel rooms to which the plaintiffs independently approached.  Moreover, in the summaries, they once stated that they offered $250 for all assistance services, and not just for accommodation, and once they said that they offered 250 euros for all of them (see and compare sections 16 and 23 of the summaries).  As stated, I do accept the defendant's argument that they were told that if they waited, they would be provided with rooms in such a way that they would search for them, in view of the 4:00 a.m.  time when rooms were found, and therefore it is clear that some would prefer not to wait in view of the number of people who were taken off the flight and EL AL's personnel on the other hand.  In their summaries, the plaintiffs confirm that the defendant offered a very limited number of hotels, "some of which are in the airport area far from the city, which are low-level hotels...  And for all the rest - go and manage for yourself" (paragraph 20 of the summaries) and repeated this time and time again because hotels were provided to some of them with a hall of poor quality.
