- Beyond the list of customers' contacts, the defendant was exposed to the daily reports:

- The daily reports change daily. A company that works well and is ranked first will not necessarily work that way later on, and the next day it can be ranked second or third (paragraphs 65-70 of the defendant's affidavit). This is a work method. The defendant admits in his affidavit that the data can assist in conducting negotiations, but according to him, it can help negotiate with that client on the same day. However, it is clear that these are reports in which data on transaction prices, profits, considerations, budget and the manner in which customers are presented on the website are detailed.
- The plaintiff sent the reports to the defendant's Skype account, which testifies to the trust she placed in the defendant and does not diminish their confidentiality:
Adv. Fruchtman: And confirm to me that you have these reports, her secrets, from the time you worked at Moonshot on Skype.
