7.2 The Employee hereby declares that he is aware that the Company's customer database and the Company's documents of any kind constitute a trade secret, with all that this entails, and he undertakes not to make any use of them and not to establish a professional relationship of any kind with the Company's customers, directly or indirectly, except if this is necessary in order to fulfill the employee's obligations under this Agreement.

7.4 The Employee undertakes, in light of the Company's unique field of business and in light of his exposure to the Company's confidential information and intellectual property, for the entire period of the validity of this Agreement and for twelve (12) months from the date of termination of the Employee's employment with the Company, to refrain from contacting any of the Company's customers or any of its business contacts, in any form or form, whether directly or indirectly, or by himself, and whether through others and/or through a corporation under its control and/or through a corporation in which it has and/or will have any share in it, whether as a partner or as an overt or covert member, in any matter
related to the Company's field of activity or similar to the Company's field of activity, whether for consideration or not, as well as not to exploit for the benefit of the Employee and/or for the benefit of others(s) engaged in the Company's field of activity, in any manner and form, during the Employment Period, the business and/or commercial relationships created by the Employee with the Company's customers.
7.5 In addition to and without derogating from the aforesaid, the Employee undertakes, in light of the Company's unique field of business and in light of his exposure to the Company's confidential information and intellectual property, for the entire period of validity of this Agreement and for a period of six (6) months from the date of the Employee's termination of employment with the Company, not to compete with the Company and not to engage, directly and/or indirectly, by himself or together with others. As an employee, self-employed, consultant, partner, shareholder or in any other way, paid or unpaid, in any business that deals with the Company's field of activity and/or in any other field in which the Company and/or its subsidiaries and/or companies affiliated with the Company were engaged until the date of termination of the Agreement.
