Taking into account the scope and complexity of the proceeding, the multitude of evidence and testimonies, the number of evidentiary hearings required, the duration of the proceedings, and taking into account the acceptance of some of the plaintiffs' claims, I found that legal expenses should be awarded in favor of the defendant, including the defendant's attorney's fees, in a total sum of
140,000 ₪. This amount will bear linkage differentials and interest from today, unless paid within 30 days.
