In addition, the plaintiff was entitled to a deposit replacement of 7.5% for regular working hours (up to the scope of a full-time position):

182 hours * 29.12 ILS * 14.33 months * 7.5% = 5,696 ILS.

  1. In total, the plaintiff was entitled to deposits in the sum of ILS 5,961. In practice, the plaintiff was paid ILS 5,582 in the pay slips during the aforementioned period for this component.  In other words, there is a difference of ILS 379.

Deductions for Health Insurance

  1. The plaintiff petitions for the restitution of deductions for medical insurance, in the sum of ILS 1,938, claiming that these were reduced from his salary and were not transferred to their destination.
  2. A review of the pay slips shows that the defendant deducted medical insurance contributions in the sum of ILS 125 from the salary from the month of October 2021 (also for the month of September 2021) until the termination of employment (except for the month of June 2022).
  3. The defendant submitted to the file a number of certificates regarding the preparation of medical insurance for the plaintiff: confirmation from Harel dated August 12, 2021, according to which it provided the plaintiff with medical insurance for the period from August 5, 2021 to July 31, 2022; confirmation from Menora Insurance Company dated November 18, 2022 regarding receipt of details for the performance of medical insurance for the plaintiff for the period from December 13, 2021 to July 5, 2022; confirmation dated January 11, 2023 from Menora Mivtachim that the plaintiff was insured by the plaintiff from February 17, 2022 to July 5, 2022. The aforesaid testifies to the fact that the defendant provided him with medical insurance for the period from August 5, 2021 until the end of employment, and therefore the lawsuit in respect of this component is to be dismissed.

Replace Deposits for Compensation and Rewards

  1. The plaintiff petitions for compensation under the expansion order in the cleaning industry in the amount of ILS 8,698 for the compensation component and ILS 7,828.27 for the compensation component. According to him, the pay slips are fictitious and therefore the sums paid as stated in them should not be deducted in lieu of deposits for compensation and pensions.
  2. On the other hand, the defendant claims that the plaintiff's calculations were made on the basis of incorrect hourly wages, without taking into account the actual working hours and without reducing the amounts paid to him in the pay slips.
  3. After reviewing the arguments, evidence and testimonies, we have reached the conclusion that the lawsuit in respect of this component should be accepted in
  4. In light of our determination that the pay slips are reliable, including the registration regarding payment in lieu of compensation and pension, the plaintiff was entitled to payment under the expansion order in the cleaning industry in accordance with the calculation as follows:
