In addition, the plaintiff was entitled to a replacement of deposits in the amount of 7.5% for regular working hours (up to the scope of a full-time position):
182 hours * 29.12 ILS * 10 months * 7.5% = 3,974.88 ILS.
- In total, the plaintiff was entitled to deposits in the sum of ILS 4,160. In practice, the plaintiff was paid in the pay slips during the aforementioned period for this component - ILS 3,916. In other words, there is a difference of ILS 88.
Health Insurance
- The plaintiff petitions for the restoration of deductions for medical insurance, in the sum of ILS 1,375, claiming that these were reduced from his salary and were not transferred to their destination.
- A review of the pay slips shows that the defendant did not deduct the plaintiff for arranging medical insurance. Although the defendant submitted to the file a certificate regarding the preparation of medical insurance through Menora Mivtachim for the months 2/22 - 7/22 (Appendix N6 to Mordechai's affidavit).
- Since the defendant has not been deducted from the plaintiff's salary for this reason, the lawsuit in respect of this component is to be dismissed.
Replace Deposits for Compensation and Rewards
- The plaintiff petitions for compensation under the expansion order in the cleaning industry in the amount of ILS 6,170.36 for the compensation component and ILS 5,555.55 for the compensation component. Since he claims that the pay slips are fictitious should not be deducted the amounts paid as stated therein in lieu of deposits for compensation and pensions.
