However, taking into account the precedent that the court's discretion in this matter is very broad (see: Regulation 131 of the Civil Procedure Regulations, 5779-2018; Civil Appeal 436/83 Levy v. Deco, IsrSC 40(4) 589, 605 (1986) that has not yet escaped; Almond, at p. 373; Interest Abuaziz, paragraph 13), I did not see any reason to intervene in the decision in this case, and in any case I did not see any reason to accept the respondent's response to the application.
