The Result
- The claim is accepted. Within 30 days from the date on which they received this judgment, the defendants will pay the plaintiff, jointly and severally, the sum of her claim. This, together with linkage and interest differentials in accordance with the Local Authorities Law (Interest and Linkage Differentials on Mandatory Payments), 5740-1980, from the date of filing the claim until today, with a total of NIS 130,096. Within this date, the defendants will additionally, jointly and severally, and pay the plaintiff legal expenses in the sum of NIS 2,544, encompassing the cost of the fee, estimated for today, and the appearance of the municipality's representatives for two court hearings. The defendants will also pay, jointly and severally, to the plaintiff a sum, including VAT, of NIS 15,454 for attorney's fees. This is in accordance with the rules of the Bar Association (Recommended Minimum Rate), 5760-2000. Delay in the payment of any of the amounts that have been awarded will add arrears fees to it in accordance with Section 5A of the Interest and Linkage Rulings Law, 5721-1961, from the date of the determined charge until the actual date of payment.
