- The plaintiff also did not announce that she was legally resigning from the dismissal and only after 4 months did she contact a guardian

- Considering all the circumstances, we do not believe that there was an employment relationship between the parties.
- Therefore, we determine that the plaintiff would not have worked for the defendant.

- The plaintiff must pay the defendant attorney's fees in the amount of ILS 30,000 and legal expenses in the amount of ILS 3,000 .
