Conclusion
- The claim is accepted in part, as detailed above. The defendant will pay the plaintiff the following sums within 30 days:
- severance pay in the amount of ILS 102,235;
- differences in pension contributions (employer's share) in the amount of ILS 3,242;
- convalescence pay in the amount of ILS 4,948;
- vacation redemption in the amount of ILS 58,108;
- Weekly rest work allowance in the amount of ILS 19,388;
Total: ILS 187,921.
The amount will bear linkage and interest differentials from the date the claim is filed until the actual payment.
- Taking into account the aforementioned rule, the defendant will bear the plaintiff's expenses in the sum of ILS 10,000, which will also be paid within 30 days from today.
- Appeal lawfully to the National Labor Court.
It was given today, the 12th of Nissan 5785, (April 10, 2025), in the absence of the parties and will be sent to them.
