I will note that in the course of her cross-examination, the plaintiff was asked about the additional signing events, but she claimed that she did not remember the events of the signature as aforesaid.  Moreover, in response to the question of how her husband explained to her the need for the additional signatures, after he explained the first signature by saying that the mortgage should be refinanced to Bank Leumi, the plaintiff replied that she did not know and that her husband had told her that she had to come to verify the signature (see her testimony on page 99 of the transcript).  The plaintiff also testified on page 98, lines 17-19, that she did not remember the signature in front of Adv. Melman.  Similarly, the plaintiff testified on page 100, lines 1-9, regarding the status of the signature before Adv. Melman:

"The Honorable Judge Bibi:   There's Adv. Melman here who verified your signature, do you remember where he is?

The witness, Mrs. Feldman:   If they remind me, maybe I'll remember, I don't remember.

The Honorable Judge Bibi:                 You don't remember that occasion at all.

The witness, Mrs. Feldman:   I don't remember that occasion.

The Honorable Judge Bibi:                 So maybe he did explain it to you.

The witness, Mrs. Feldman:   If he had explained to me, but I don't remember,

The Honorable Judge Bibi:     You don't remember it at all, so would you remember the explanation or not?

The witness, Mrs. Feldman:   I was in a crazy busy period of life with a child on a ventilator, I really, except for health problems that it is, I didn't deal with anything."

I will note that this testimony of the plaintiff according to which she does not remember the additional signature status, which was heard for the first time in the course of her cross-examination and which on the face of it constitutes a suppressed version, is even puzzling given that the plaintiff herself attached to the statement of claim and the affidavit on her behalf the appendices to which she signed, including those to which the testimonies of the other attorneys other than Attorney Winder were attached.  Kerry was prima facie aware of her additional signatures, and despite this, the plaintiff did not find detail, in her affidavit - i.e., in her main testimony, under what circumstances these documents were signed.
