Conclusion:
- I convict the defendant of committing threatening offenses against the complainant and her children, in accordance with section 192 of the Penal Law (Multiple Offenses). I also convict the defendant of committing offenses of aggravated assault committed against the complainant and her children, in accordance with sections 379 together with section 382(b) of the Penal Law (multiple offenses). In one of the cases described in section 3.5 of the indictment, and for the reasons detailed above, I convict the defendant of the offense of attempted assault under aggravated circumstances, under sections 379 together with sections 382(b) and 25 of the Penal Law.
