- But for example, as it appears from P/89 (the defendant's seventh interrogation), the defendant refused to raise his head and look at the interrogators, raised his legs on the chairs (p. 23, lines 15-33) and even told the interrogator Eli Ben Lulu that he was smoking "Cigarettes of babes" (p. 17).
The same is true of Mat/93 (the eighth interrogation of the accused); The defendant demanded several times to smoke cigarettes (for example, see P/93, p. 28). He also raised his legs on the table and the interrogators approached him several times and asked him to sit appropriately (e.g., ibid., p. 28, line 14). Moreover, the defendant spoke to the interrogators in an inappropriate manner and on another occasion, as he said to Interrogator Jihad: "What fun do you have sitting with me? Why do you say such a thing about yourself? What are you, what a dog??" (p. 25, line 34).
Further, as appears from P/101 (p. 36, line 19), the defendant insisted on smoking a cigarette at that moment, while demonstrating a refusal to continue the interrogation process until he was allowed to smoke. Later, when he was allowed to smoke, he took the smoke out of his mouth in the direction of the interrogators, in the form of circles. (p. 57, line 24).
- Listening to the recordings of the defendant's interrogation, one can also get an impression of the defendant's contemptuous attitude toward the interrogators, who, too, did not put their hands in the plate. In this context, see, for example, the testimony of interrogator Jihad before us on 26 February 2017:
