In view of the aforesaid, and without setting any conclusions on this matter at this stage, I am of the opinion that it is appropriate to allow the parties to argue in relation to this separately. Counsel for the Applicants will submit an argument on the issue of remuneration and fees within 14 days from today, and the Respondents will respond 14 days later. The length of each document should not exceed 3 pages. Afterwards, a supplementary decision will be made on the question of expenses.
The file will be transferred to the Zoning Board on November 30, 2020.
