The complainant, therefore, told the police from his hospital bed that the person who shot him was a man of Ethiopian origin, whom he had known for several years, whose name was "Yayo Tegania" , while spelling the letters of the name "Yayo", and that he is about 24 years old and lives at 6 or 8 Saharon Street. When asked: "Do you know that he was the one who shot you?" Replied "Yes", "Shall I just tell you?". The complainant knew that the shooter's brother had committed suicide, because he had seen an advertisement in the neighborhood, and also because he had sisters. The complainant stated that the shooter had a beard like his own (when the policeman noted that he was a "French beard"), he was wearing black pants and a shirt, he wore gloves on his hands and a helmet on his head with removable glasses, but the glasses were missing. Later, the complainant was asked if he knew a guy named "Ashbir", and the complainant replied that he was the same person and his name was "Tarkin", "Ashbir Tarkin". Again the complainant reiterated that he lived at 6/8 Saharon Street and that they had known each other for "several years". The complainant was asked why he called the defendant "Tagnia", and replied: "That's what it's called. This is Tarkin", and later clarified that it is called "Yayo". At this point, the complainant was shown a picture of Ashbir Tarkin, and the complainant confirmed his identity as the person who shot him. The complainant said that that day he went to his barber to get his haircut, and then Ashbir Tarkin came and asked to talk to him, but the complainant rejected him and did not pay attention to him, and went in to get his haircut. After he finished cutting his hair, the complainant went to the playground where his wife and young son were staying, and played with his son in the swings. The complainant knew that the playground was located at 20 Nardor Street. Then, according to him, Ashbir Tarkin came again, riding a motorcycle, told him, "Come on a minute," "We need to talk" and other things (which are hard to hear due to the quality of the recording), and then he shot him from "zero range." The complainant stated that the shooting was carried out with a "Carlo" type weapon. The complainant was asked about the nature of his many years of acquaintance with Ashbir Tarkin, and stated that: "He was my partner in something" and then "we finished the business", "the business closed", "and everyone went their own way". In this context, the complainant stated that Ashbir Takin served at his request as a "monkey" in a construction company and received a salary for it, and all kinds of "letters" reached him. The complainant stated that he was in fact a mediator between Ashbir and someone else, and therefore referred him to him. According to the complainant, he had not been in contact with Ashbir for about a year until the shooting incident. The complainant stated that he did not tell his wife who shot him, except that he was a young man of Ethiopian descent.
