A second interrogation of the complainant's wife took place at the police on July 26, 2022, and was also documented on video. At the beginning of her remarks, the complainant's wife appeared to be overwhelmed with a desire to help the police locate the shooter, while telling the policeman, among other things, as follows: "Say you write everything down, everything I say? From start to finish in his description you'll write exactly, okay? Everything. ... Make it detailed, it's like I want everything to be seen, to be crucified... Cross everything, everything I say, with the pictures, with everything... A mentally ill motherfucker, could have hurt my child... It's in a public garden, at one o'clock in the afternoon like... It's sick... If my child had been hurt I swear to you, you can write it down too...". The witness noted that she was waiting for her husband to get up and that she would do everything possible for the shooter to "Will go inside"; She added: "I will come, I will testify, I will come to court, I will come, I will do whatever is necessary, I will testify so that his name will be erased... I'm going to put this mentally ill garbage inside, this psychiatrist.". The witness said that she did not know the shooter, but that she and her husband knew each other, since it came from the way they had spoken before the shooting; She noted: "He came to talk to my husband, that he was talking to him, I saw his interaction that he was trying as if, he was laughing with him and he is because the shooter is trying to laugh with him and whisper something in his ear, and then he told him that I would have time to talk... At first he said to him what you want, kept talking, now he was talking quietly this motherfucker and he was far away from me and when he got closer then I heard my husband telling him when I have time we will talk". The witness said that from the time of the shooting until she gave her statement, she did not speak to the complainant, as follows: "I haven't spoken to my husband since. Let him open his eyes, with God's help, I will talk to him, just let him open". And again she said: "I want to catch this garbage human scum who will die in prison, that's what I want. He almost hit my son... It was a fraction of a second from hitting a small child and a baby, and I was next to my child. There were children in the garden around, there were children who wanted to be in the garden, who could have been hit by a bullet. I want you to understand that this person is dangerous, he is mentally ill... My husband was second to the kid, and boy it was just a matter of luck because the swing went backwards, it was just a matter of luck". And later on: "I will try to identify him as much as possible, I want you to show me pictures and I will try with all my might...". And clarified: "We have to catch him, listen, we have to have this mentally ill person in prison for the rest of his life, he has to. I hope there is a strong legal system here in this country, why woe betide if this mentally ill person is out".
