(a) A full black helmet, with the letters " on both sides - both the front and the back -AGV", prominently on a white background with a black frame. The helmet found in the warehouse is strikingly similar, not to mention identical, to the one documented on the head of the e-bike rider in the videos.
(b) Black Color Electric Bike with Caption BIG DOG, cast wheels, a black chair located in six metal points. Watching the videos, the black seat of a bicycle with six metal dots on it is clearly visible. In addition, the cables of the front brake, which create a kind of arc at the front of the bike, are also clearly visible in the videos. The wheel structure is identical in appearance. In this context, it should be noted that In his testimony, the defendant confirmed that he returned home on a bicycle, which he stored in a warehouse.
(c) A bag in the form of a black thermal delivery box with carrying straps with "reflective" stripes, which were clearly visible, on the bag that was hung on top of the electric bicycle in the videos taken out of the security cameras.
Finally, out of the obvious caution, I will refrain from determining that these are the very same exhibits. However, from the look of the eyes, each of the exhibits found in the warehouse of the defendant's residential building - the helmet, the bicycle and the bag - look very similar, if not identical, to the items documented in the videos. Moreover, these are three items that are not related to each other, and therefore the fact that each of the individuals has identifying marks on its own in its filmed counterpart, the addition of these three details significantly increases the probability that these are the exact same items, and thus strengthens the conclusion that these are items that belong to the defendant, at the time he was documented by the security cameras at the time he committed the acts observed in the videos.
- Moreover, in the defendant's room were found a piece of clothing, a black t-shirt and long black pants. The defendant confirmed in his testimony that the black clothes he wore until he returned to the apartment, which he had exchanged for others, were seized by the police during a search of his apartment (pp. 562, 566 of Prut).
(a) Short-sleeved black shirt, with a white logo on the chest on the left side N andY, one on top of the other. It is a well-known logo in the world of fashion and sports, as a symbol of the American baseball team New York Yankees (New York Yankees). The black shirt with this white symbol was clearly visible on the cyclist documented in the videos.
