If the material is not submitted in full by this date, but is submitted by Thursday, 11 Elul 5768 (11.9.08) at 12:00, to the same place, then the respondent will pay the sum of ILS 5,000 to the applicants and in addition to that the sum of ILS 5,000 to the State Treasury.
For each week of delay, or part of a week, the Respondent shall pay - in addition to the amount or sums already charged in accordance with the aforesaid - an additional sum of ILS 1,000, to each of the recipients of the payment, i.e., the Respondent and the State Treasury. Thus, in the second week, the payments will be ILS 6,000 per recipient, and in the third week ILS 7,000 per recipient, and so on (when the payments add up, as mentioned).
Beginning from the 11th week (when the weekly sum reaches ILS 15,000 for each recipient), the applicants will be entitled to file a new request for contempt of court proceedings against the respondent, and to petition for relief of the respondent's imprisonment.
As long as no other decision is given, the said financial sanction, including an additional ILS 1,000 per recipient for each week of delay, will continue.
- The Respondent will bear all the Applicants' expenses in the two documents and attorney's fees, in the total amount of ILS 25,000 (ILS 25,000), plusTax Appeal Lawfully.
- The Secretariat will send a copy of this decision to the parties' counsel.
In addition, the Secretariat will notify the offices of the parties' attorney by telephone that this decision has been given, and that a representative of the Ministry may take the decision from the Secretariat.
- In addition, the Secretariat will send a copy of this decision to the Center for the Collection of Fines next to the Courts Administration (Kanfei Nesharim Street, Jerusalem), for the purpose of paragraph 157 above.
