A picture or video that was a person's most private and intimate property has become public property, penetrating every screen and accessible to anyone who requires it, and worse yet, has become a commercial asset for economic gain up to the level of a real industry.

Not only that, but there is a phenomenon in which a picture of a person is taken without permission from social networks or open public media, a photo or video of a person is edited and exposed to him is exposed intimate parts or acts that are not his, while distributing the photo under his name and exposing his identity for the purpose of humiliation or economic gain.  This phenomenon is no less serious and must also be uprooted.

Committing these offenses for the purpose of profit turns the body and soul of the victims of the offense into a real object that can be traded for anyone who wants it, whether for consideration or without any consideration.  Open various groups on social networks that are "open" or "closed" to different users, publish and distribute them to the general public, and even "go on a sale".  These despicable and despicable acts should not be allowed and must be condemned by means of tangible and concrete punishment in order to distance and deter those who transgress them from society.

The damage, wounds and fears of the victims of the offense, lest their photos be published in the future, do not heal due to the fear that they will reopen and once again cut off the course of their lives, which in any case has been damaged and will not be the same again, before publication and distribution.  An additional element of severity can be learned from the fact that the purpose of the publication and distribution of the photos is intended for the purpose of making a pure economic profit, while the perpetrator of the offense is completely impervious to the damage caused to the victims of the offense and to society as a whole.  It should be remembered that one who misuses the virtual space by using the various applications harms not only the victims of the offense, but also the trust that the public as a whole acquires in the use of the Internet and the existence of fair and reliable use.
