I sentence the defendant to the following sentences:
- 54 months in prison (4.5 years in prison) minus the days of detention in this case, according to IPS records.
- 8 months suspended imprisonment and the condition is that the defendant will not commit any offense under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law or under the Protection of Privacy Law or any other sexual offense, of the type of felony, for 3 years from the date of his release.
- 4 months suspended imprisonment for 3 years, and the condition is that the defendant will not commit any misdemeanor sexual offense for 3 years from the date of his release.
- Compensation for the victims of the offense, in accordance with the following division:
ILS 5,000 for each victim of the offense of sexual harassment, including additional offenses (Victims A - Victims A in Appendix A to the amended indictment, 67 victims of the offense, for a total of ILS 335,000).
ILS 3,000 for each victim of the offense of invasion of privacy only (victims of the offense in Appendix A to the amended indictment, 10 victims of the offense for a total of ILS 30,000)
The compensation will be paid in 30 equal and consecutive monthly installments, starting on December 1, 2025 and on the 1st of the following month. No payment will be made from those that have been determined, the entire amount will be repayable immediately and will bear interest and linkage differentials as of today.
- A fine of ILS 10,000 or 100 days of imprisonment in lieu thereof. The fine will be paid in 5 installments of equal and consecutive months starting on December 1, 2025 and every 1st of the following month. No payment will be made from those that have been determined, the entire amount will be repayable immediately and will bear interest and linkage differentials as of today.
Payment of a fine or compensation will be made directly to the account of the Center for the Collection of Fines, Fees and Expenses at the Enforcement and Collection Authority in one of the following ways: by credit card on the Enforcement and Collection Authority's online website (Google search for "Fines Collection Payment"): www.eca.gov.il (can be paid in a spread of up to 18 installments in a credit arrangement). Or through a self-service call center (collection center) at *35592 or 073-2055000. Or cash at any branch of the Postal Bank - upon presentation of an ID card (without the need for payment vouchers).
