I order that the claim be dismissed in limine insofar as it concerns respondents 3-5.
The plaintiff (the applicant) will bear the expenses of respondents 3-5 in the sum of ILS 10,000 . This amount will be paid within 30 days from the day otherwise linkage differentials and interest will be borne in accordance with the law from today until the full payment is actually made.
Given the reasons for the judgment, the Applicant and Respondents 1-2 will add and clarify their position as to the manner in which the present proceeding will be conducted, within 10 days from today. (The parties refer to my decision of August 17, 2025)
