An Israeli wakes up in the morning. He then discovers to his horror that the person he thought was a good friend of his, an internationally renowned lecturer in Europe and the president of a company fighting computer crimes who has extensive connections in Israeli politics and police, is at the same time a dubious businessman and an international crook, who heads a criminal organization, which is nothing but a "predator," whose goal was to destroy him financially in a long-term plan.
Later in the story, the protagonist discovers that the "friend" uses the connections he has in the police with corrupt police officers and political connections in the Israeli Knesset, and that the man he uses is a very influential Knesset member in a right-wing party. A man whom the "Professor" recognized in Europe as a casino owner, all in order to gradually destroy the protagonist.
Will the satanic plot succeed?
The defendant therefore began to publish chapters from a fiction book he was writing, a thriller that tells the story of a crime taking place in Europe, centered on a man described in negative language. Very, very negative. The nickname of that person in the book is "The Fat." I did not find a place to use this nickname, and the same character is described below: "The Villain."
- The same character, the villain, is depicted as a man whose external appearance is flawless (a businessman and a reputable lecturer), but this appearance hides a multitude of skeletons in the closet. Because behind that external figure stands an arch-criminal.
Thus, for example, the defendant wrote in one of the chapters of the book (p. 25 in the appendices to the statement of claim):
"Yes, yes, Gospodin," the Russian exclaimed cheerfully, "I know that the whole sale of your land to friends is one big fraud. I know that you are taking money from your good friends in Israel - even from your partner to ShaBar and her family who trusted you, the well-known lecturer - to buy land for them in Bulgaria, when you are actually stealing the money for your business in Bulgaria. You are betraying your friends and betraying your soul. But that's why I want you with us. You're a despicable traitor, but the people we want here are all traitors."
