In view of the above, I am of the opinion that it should be determined that the court in Israel is the proper forum to hear the proceeding.
Conclusion
- In view of the above, I reject the request for heresy filed by the Respondent.
The Respondent will bear the Applicants' expenses in respect of the application in the sum of ILS 10,000. In determining the amount of the expenses, I took into account the fact that the application for heresy conducted an entire proceeding, including the filing of pleadings, investigations and written summaries.
The decision was given under my authority as registrar.
