I sentence the defendant to the following sentences:
- 100 hours of probation in accordance with the program provided by the Probation Service.
- I am placing the defendant under the supervision of the Probation Service for six months.
- The defendant will compensate the complainant in the amount of ILS 5,000.
The compensation will be deposited in 10 equal and consecutive monthly installments, beginning on May 1, 2026 and every 1st of the following month. No payment will be paid which of the payments will be available for immediate repayment.
The right to appeal to the Central District Court within 45 days.
