(a) Regarding an order issued to the detainee for the first time on the same grounds – 60 days;

(b) In the case of an order that is given to a second person for the same reason – 120 days;

(c) In any additional order given to the detainee for the same reason – one year;

(4) The order was issued for reasons as stated in subsection (a)(6) or (7) –

(a) If the resident is absent from the center for a period not exceeding 30 days from the date on which he was required to report to the center or return to it, as the case may be (in this paragraph – the date of reporting) –

(1) With respect to an order issued to a detainee for the first time due to absence for such a period – 90 days;

(2) Regarding an order that is given to a person who is staying for a second time due to absence for such a period – 180 days;

(3) In any additional order given to the detainee due to absence for such period – one year;

(b) If the resident is absent from the center for a period exceeding 30 days from the date of reporting and not exceeding 90 days from the said date –

(1) With respect to an order issued to a detainee for the first time due to absence for such a period – 180 days;

(2) With respect to an order that is given to a second person due to absence for such a period – 240 days;

(3) In any additional order given to the detainee due to absence for such period – one year;

(c) If the resident is absent from the center for a period exceeding 90 days from the date of reporting – one year.

(c) If the Border Control Commissioner finds that an infiltrator who has received a temporary permit to visit under section 2(a)(5) of the Entry into Israel Law  has not reported for its renewal within 30 days of the expiration date of the license (in this subsection – the expiration date), he may order in an order that he be held in custody for a period to be determined in the order and that the period shall not exceed as specified below, as the case may be:

(1) If the infiltrator did not report for the renewal of the license within a period exceeding 30 days from the expiration date and not exceeding 60 days from the said date – 90 days;
