The man: Confirm me that we are distributing distributions You ask?
The wife's counsel: Yes, divisions.
The man: For the account of [The woman] As a revelator? Yes.
The wife's counsel: For you and for [The woman]Right?
The man: Yes" (See the minutes of the hearing of November 18, 2020, p. 621, paras. 18-25)
- But from whom? From the date of the outbreak of the dispute between the spouses, the financial transfers from the subsidiaries to the aforementioned bank account ceased . So where does the money go? The man opens a bank account in the name of a subsidiary of a trust, in this case - an Oklahoma company - in which he is defined as a sole beneficial owner (see Appendix 25 to the wife's summaries).
- Then, the trusts begin to transfer funds through the subsidiaries to the bank account of a different Oklahoma company appeal (see Appendix 26-27 to the woman's summaries).
- To complete the picture, in January 2016, the Oklahoma Company transferred the sum of ILS 163,143,037 to the man's personal account in Israel (see Appendix 28 to the woman's summaries).
- Does the man admit that this is his modus operandi? Absolutely not!
Thus, he testified in his interrogation that he was not a controlling shareholder in the Oklahoma company, and after being confronted with a document attesting to the contrary, he claimed that he ceased to be a controlling shareholder in the year following the drafting of the document, but did not present any reference in this regard or an explanation as to who was the controlling shareholder after him. Thus, he was asked and answered:
"The wife's counsel: Let's talk about the Oklahoma company. Confirm me in Oklahoma City. Confirm to me that you are a controlling shareholder in the Oklahoma Company.
The man: I'm not in control.
The wife's counsel: I present to you a document marked as Appendix 13 to the affidavit of the main witness of the [The woman]. This is a document from a bank CBH addressed to you, bearing the date 28.2.13 and it is written here that according to our records, you are theSo beneficial owner, the sole controlling shareholder of Oklahoma.
