The man:                     “Do you own that house”? “Yes”

                           is the wrong answer.

The Court:      I mean, in the United States, you were wrong.

The man:         I was, no, I testified, yes yes this is my testimony, yes, I remember, it was 10 days of continuous testimony, yes, come on, let's put it in context.  I may have made a mistake from time to time under pressure" (See transcript of November 18, 2020, p.  586).

  1. Taking into account the above, the man's arguments in the proceeding before me collapse from his own words and statements in a previous proceeding, and about this it is stated: "Because he said no more, he does not repeat it" (Sanhedrin 44:2). This is doubly serious, and we will not exaggerate about it in words.  In other words, when he wishes, the man is willing to admit that the house is his, and if he wills, he is not ready, when the matter depends directly on the outcome to which he intends, and this is not to be agreed.  I will note that from the man's cross-examination on this matter, I got the impression that the man was trying, unsuccessfully, to deceive the court, while trying to attribute to himself a misunderstanding of one kind or another.  For the avoidance of doubt, my direct impression of the man's testimony was that the man was not telling the truth, and only after he understood the result of his previous answer (YES) did he choose to try to dim his testimony and give it a different aspect.  Unfortunately for the man, I absolutely do not "buy" this testimony.
  2. The man even testified in his interrogation that when attempts were made to sell the residence, it was the man himself who contacted a number of realtors. The man did not present any support that he did so on behalf of Alabama or that the officers in Alabama were involved or informed, i.e., the man does not owe a duty to report to Alabama, the owner, as he himself owns both the residence and Alabama.  For example:

"Counsel for the plaintiff:   Yes.  Why but Jennifer [The only director in Alabama - Y.  S.] You don't turn around and put the property up for sale, why are you doing that?
