and in total, the sum of ILS 40,920 that the defendant will pay to the plaintiff together with shekel interest from the date of filing the claim until today.
- In addition, the defendant will bear a fee of ILS 1,023 (the relative fee for the amount awarded); the plaintiff's expenses in the sum of ILS 2,000 and attorney's fees in the sum of ILS 6,500 (including VAT).
In determining the amount of the plaintiff's attorney's fees, I considered the amount of the claim against the amount awarded, as well as the existence of the defendant's claim; the nature of the dispute and the arguments made by the parties; the number of hearings held in the proceeding (3 hearings) and the length of time required to conduct it; the number and type of witnesses examined in the evidentiary hearings; I also gave my opinion to the amount that was determined as the minimum recommended fee in the rules of the Bar Association (the recommended minimum rate), 5760-2000.
The total amount will be paid within 30 days, otherwise arrears will be added to it from today until the actual payment.
