Charge 18 (Defendants 1 and 3)

1. As part of the 18th indictment, I decided to convict defendants 1 and 3 (defendant 1 as the main offender, and defendant 3 as an accomplice):

1. Two offenses of forgery of a document with the intention of obtaining something through it under aggravated circumstances, according to section 418 of the Penal Law.
2. Two offenses of using a forged document, under section 420 of the Penal Law.

Defendant 1 only

Defendant 1 will be convicted of two offenses of false registration in corporate documents, under section 423 of the Penal Law.
