I agree with the conclusion reached by the Chairman of the Committee, the Honorable Justice Gurman, and with his comprehensive and exhaustive reasons. Therefore, I too am of the opinion that the appeal should be dismissed, without an order for costs.
It was decided, as stated, in the opinion of Judge Avi Gurman, the chairman of the committee, to dismiss the appeal, without an order for costs.
