‏1.       In front of me Request for an Extension of the Deadline for Initiating an Appeal Proceeding on Decision Central-Lod District CourtCivil Case 1883-07-23 [Nevo] As of April 21, 2026, in Gedera A financial claim filed by them was deleted The Applicants vs. the Respondent, Because of an inappropriate forum.  The decision was given by the Honorable Judge 20 ben Eliezer, in which it clarified that the "Granted by my authority as a registrar".

  1. In the background, a monetary claim filed by the Applicants against the Respondent in July 2023. The lawsuit was filed on Total of About ILS 50 million and alleged acts of fraud, theft and emptying of assets committed by the Respondent, towards A group of companies in Germany.  On November 5, 2025, the Respondent filed To the Trial Court A request to revoke an invention permit outside the scope of the state and to determine that the Israeli court is not the proper forum to hear the claim.  In a decision dated April 21, 2026, he accepted The trial court Respondent's Request.  In the decision of the Honorable Registrar, it was determined, inter alia, Because most of the affiliations are directed to the German forum and that the Israeli court is not the appropriate forum to hear the lawsuit.  For this reason, the Honorable Registrar ordered the dismissal of the claim and its handling was completed (hereinafter: Deletion Decision).
  2. The Applicants did not accept the decision of the The deletion.  Thus, on the day 10.5.2026 The Applicants filed with the Central-Lod District Court, Registrar Appeal About the deletion decision (Appeal against the Registrar's Decision (Central District) 24948-05-26; [Nevvo] follows: Registrar's Appeal).  On June 24, 2026, the respondent submitted his response to the appeal, in which He claimed that Jurisdiction to hear an appeal About the deletion decision is up to the Supreme Court, as this is a decision that concludes the process, which constitutes a judgment of the Registrar.  In light of this argument, on July 5, 2026, the Applicants applied to this Court for an extension of the time for filing the appeal (And this is the request now before me.)  At the same time, the trial court decided in the framework of the Registrar's appeal to order the dismissal of the said appeal, in view of its determination that the court competent to hear the appeal against the deletion decision is the Supreme Court and not the District Court (Appeal against the Registrar's Decision (Central District) 24948-05-26 B. Amin Motors Ltd. v. Bar Shalton ‏[Nevo] (‏27.7.2026‏) (The Honorable Judge S. Geller)).
