2. In the background, a monetary claim filed by the Applicants against the Respondent in July 2023. The Applicants did not accept the decision of the The deletion.  Thus, on the day 10.5.2026 The Applicants filed with the Central-Lod District Court, Registrar Appeal About the deletion decision (Appeal against the Registrar's Decision (Central District) 24948-05-26; [Nevvo] follows: Registrar's Appeal).  On June 24, 2026, the respondent submitted his response to the appeal, in which He claimed that Jurisdiction to hear an appeal About the deletion decision is up to the Supreme Court, as this is a decision that concludes the process, which constitutes a judgment of the Registrar.  In light of this argument, on July 5, 2026, the Applicants applied to this Court for an extension of the time for filing the appeal (And this is the request now before me.)  At the same time, the trial court decided in the framework of the Registrar's appeal to order the dismissal of the said appeal, in view of its determination that the court competent to hear the appeal against the deletion decision is the Supreme Court and not the District Court (Appeal against the Registrar's Decision (Central District) 24948-05-26 B.
