- The appeal was dismissed.
- Taking into account that the appellant raised a claim worthy of clarification, I found that she should be charged with expenses other than on the higher side. She will bear the respondent's expenses in the sum of ILS 15,000. The guarantee that was deposited for its fruits will be transferred to the respondent at the expense of the aforesaid.
