In this last matter, the description given by Jaudat in relation to the car-ramming is not a "generic" description of a car accident, but, as noted, a description of a "chase" of the deceased who tried to distance himself from being harmed, run over, and later abandoned on the spot. Despite its "complexity" and uniqueness, many details are supported by external evidence.
Thus, with regard to Karem's actions in the car, Jaudat's version that he saw Karem driving in the neighborhood with a Dodge while he was alone in the car shortly before the accident (two or three minutes before) is corroborated by the security camera video (P/9 No. 19:09) as well as by the defendant who confirms that shortly before the ramming he called Karem and asked him to come to him.
Jawdat states that Karem was also in the dodge at the time of the accident with the defendant. Taking into account the fact that it was a large and tall cargo vehicle and that the defendant fled the scene, the identity of the people in the car, although it is not a trivial individual, is not a trivial piece of information. Even with regard to this detail in his version, there is no dispute that Karim was with the defendant in the car (reference will be given later to the defense's argument that the witness was inconsistent with the matter of Karem's presence).
Jaudat describes that the Dodge vehicle did not brake at any stage, a fact that is confirmed both by the output of their location and by the defendant (who confirmed that the vehicle did not brake and attributed it to a mechanical failure). The same is true of his version that the defendant fled the scene without stopping or offering help, which is not controversial and is also confirmed by the defendant himself.
Jawdat's version of the part of the Dodge that hit the deceased ("with the headlight, not on the driver's side, on the other side") is completely consistent with the Dodge finding and the presence of a 0.66 cm impact on the front of the Dodge from the right side. It should be recalled that the defendant fled the scene, so that even this figure was not visible to all. Even assuming that the condition of the Dodge vehicle was exposed to passersby as part of the reconstructions carried out with it later by the investigative unit, the damage to the front is not noticeable at all, it does not find expression in paint peeling or fracture (which exists in other parts of the Dodge and is not connected to the accident).
