It should be noted that even if we assume that the place of impact is near the first blood stain, the place that Jaudat pointed out as the place of the injury is not far from it, and is a few meters ahead of him.  In his testimony, as in his interrogations, Jaudat insisted that the impact was in the vicinity of the bumper.  Thus, in his second testimony of October 5,2023, he marked the stages of the ramming with numbers: "I place number 4, here he hit the child with the vehicle, " and later on, "I place number 5 after he ran over the child and passed the bumper." An examination of the drawing itself (which was attached above) shows that the injury, even according to the drawing, is done close to the bumper and adjacent to it, when it is not clear where the vehicle is located.  This led the investigator to ask the witness to clarify whether he hit the pedestrian after or before the bumper.  In response, the witness stated that "his car is long, the impact was after the bumper, it is difficult to show it on paper, I showed you in yesterday's photograph exactly how the vehicle was at the time of the impact" (N/8(b), lines 8-10).

At this point, it should be noted that Jaudat was not next to the deceased at the time of the accident, but rather on the other side of the street and diagonally to it (near the entrance to his house and closer to the wash).  As it appears from the reconstruction video, he watched the car-ramming while he was located lower than the place where the car-ramming was carried out.  The reconstruction, on the basis of which the examiners' work was carried out, was also carried out when the witness was not physically present at the scene at the time of the accident, but when he was sitting in the police vehicle even farther away from where he was in real time (a few meters before the entrance to his house) giving instructions from a distance to the policeman who was at the scene (Jawdat feared that he would be seen performing the reconstruction, even though it was the street where he lives, and towards the end of the reconstruction, he was even heard urging the investigator to finish and leave because the situation was sensitive).  This explains a deviation of a few meters one way or the other.
