III. With regard to the specific matter of the applicants in the additional criminal hearing 4072/21 and in the additional criminal hearing 1062/21, it was decided, contrary to the dissenting opinion of Justice Y. Elron, to retain the operative results that were ruled in various criminal applications 5105/20 and in various criminal applications 1758/20, [published in Nevo], respectively. Granted today, 9 Bishvat 5782 (January 11,2022).
