In response to these remarks, Col. Raz published a post, in which he called Hodak's remarks "moderate" and called the prime minister a "son of death" who "must be killed" and "the law is persecuting" him and the ministers:
"I am amazed by the moderation of Hodak's wording.
Only defense with weapons? Passive ?
Cupping for the dead.
If a prime minister arises and assumes dictatorial powers,
This prime minister is a man of death, just like that, along with his ministers and his henchmen.
We too must have the law of rodef.
My persecutor's law says:
If my country has been taken over by a person, a foreigner or an Israeli, and who leads it
In an undemocratic way, it is imperative to kill him.
Impolite, appalling, but the choice is a lot of dead
innocent, and it is better to kill the criminals first.

It was claimed that against the background of these words, the plaintiff was interviewed on February 7,2023, where he expressed support for the words of Adv. Hodak and Ze'ev Raz. The plaintiff said in clear words that he supported the meaning of the words of Adv. Hodak and Ze'ev Raz, who called forthe possession of arms and fighting, to deceive the prime minister and the ministers, and thus start a bloody civil war, but he would have worded them a little differently.
The defendant listened to the plaintiff's interview and the words rekindled in him the fear and fear for his life, which he felt when Attorney Hodak threatened to kill him in the restaurant. The defendant understood the plaintiff's words: the plaintiff supports civil war, including the use of weapons and killing, and the words were connected to Attorney Hodak's statements in the restaurant in the presence of his son.
On the evening of that day, the defendant responded in an agitated monologue live on the "Sheva" program about the plaintiff's words and the sympathy he expressed for the words of Adv. Hodak and Zeev Raz.
The defendant claimed that his words were made out of a storm of emotions and a real fear for his safety and the well-being of his family.
