Conclusion
The accuser met the burden of proof imposed on her to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the defendant's guilt in causing the accident and its severe consequences. The defense did not refute the accuser's version, except with regard to the three deviations stated in section 6 of the indictment, nor did it raise reasonable doubt as to the defendant's guilt.
Therefore, I convict the defendant of the offenses attributed to him in the indictment.
